- Ensure the development and qualification of prototypes, optimizing performance and reliability of movements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products through analysis of test results and proposing corrective actions.
- Actively participate in design reviews and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure optimal integration of new products into production flow, from movement assembly to casing.
- Serve as a key technical liaison among various departments including Production, Quality, Methods, After-Sales Service, and Technical Office to ensure process mastery and quality objectives.
- Draft assembly ranges and movement control specifications, ensuring coherence of technical requirements and assembly methods.
- Plan and oversee laboratory activities in collaboration with the Technical Office, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resources.
- Manage and monitor external analysis requests, ensuring compliance of results and their integration into product validation processes.
- Diploma in Microtechnology Technician ES, ideally with a specialization in watch laboratory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a watch laboratory.
- Proficiency in specific horological measuring instruments and their manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of watchmaking standards and homologation processes.
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Project planning and tracking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Minitab.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Organizational and autonomous work style.
- Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and diplomacy.
At least 5 years of experience in a watch laboratory environment is required.
Diploma in Microtechnology Technician ES, ideally with a specialization in watch laboratory.
