1. Ensure the development and qualification of prototypes, optimizing performance and reliability of movements.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products through analysis of test results and proposing corrective actions.
3. Actively participate in design reviews and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure optimal integration of new products into production flow, from movement assembly to casing.
4. Serve as a key technical liaison among various departments including Production, Quality, Methods, After-Sales Service, and Technical Office to ensure process mastery and quality objectives.
5. Draft assembly ranges and movement control specifications, ensuring coherence of technical requirements and assembly methods.
6. Plan and oversee laboratory activities in collaboration with the Technical Office, prioritizing tasks and optimizing resources.
7. Manage and monitor external analysis requests, ensuring compliance of results and their integration into product validation processes.

1. Diploma in Microtechnology Technician ES, ideally with a specialization in watch laboratory.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a watch laboratory.

1. Proficiency in specific horological measuring instruments and their manipulation.
2. Strong knowledge of watchmaking standards and homologation processes.
3. Proven experience in data analysis.
4. Project planning and tracking skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Minitab.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly identify and solve problems.
7. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
8. Organizational and autonomous work style.
9. Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and diplomacy.

At least 5 years of experience in a watch laboratory environment is required.

Diploma in Microtechnology Technician ES, ideally with a specialization in watch laboratory.
