1. Support the training manager to achieve key objectives, including enhancing Customer Advisor (CA) productivity and improving client experience.
2. Ensure the execution of in-class, online, and field follow-ups through meticulous preparation and maintenance.
3. Compile training reports and gather feedback from all channels, conducting post-evaluation and monitoring the roll-out status of in-house training.
4. Collect feedback from all channels regarding in-class and field coaching to enhance training outcomes, and prepare monthly training reports for each direct and top indirect CA.
5. Monitor and evaluate the service, link sales, and new product performance of CAs to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Efficiently manage resources to maximize the impact of training initiatives across all channels, including training setup and documentation.
7. Maintain training materials, including training gifts and digital materials updates.

1. 3+ years of retail experience, particularly in sales-driven roles.

1. Strong retail management and sales skills.
2. Excellent coaching and communication abilities.
3. Self-driven with good learning agility and responsibility.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Strong interest in the fragrance and retail industry.
6. Willingness to work under pressure and travel.

A minimum of three years in a retail environment with a focus on sales.
