Bvlgari Tooling Mechanic

- Design and fabricate tooling for various production sectors including machining, finishing, and assembly for watch cases and dials.
- Actively participate in the definition and design of tooling, ensuring adherence to production standards at each stage of industrialization.
- Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of new tool components based on existing plans or models.
- Plan and adhere to announced production timelines to ensure a smooth and optimized production flow.
- Manage the workshop efficiently by tracking orders for raw tools and blanks.
- Maintain and inspect tools to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
- Possession of a CFC in polymecanics or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tooling management and production in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming and CNC machining tools.
- Knowledge of GibbsCAM software and Fanuc and Heidenhain numerical controls is advantageous.
- Interest in innovation and new technologies, including 3D printing.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, particularly in French.
A minimum of 5 years in tooling management and production within an industrial setting is required.
CFC in polymecanics or equivalent qualification.
