1. Perform polishing, brightening, matting, and sandblasting operations on movement components.
2. Execute thermal treatments on high-end watch components.
3. Operate and maintain the washing machine.
4. Ensure the transit of parts between different sectors.
5. Manage the water treatment station.

1. Extensive experience in the watchmaking industry, either in a manufacturing setting or with a subcontractor.
2. Proficiency in tribological polishing activities applied to high-end watch components.
3. Expertise in thermal treatments of steels and copper alloys.
4. Comfortable with reading technical plans and using conventional control tools such as comparators, 2D clichés, and durometers.

2. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and skilled team.
4. Sensitivity to production constraints and active contribution to surface preparation processes.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking industry is required.
