Bvlgari Technical Project Coordinator

- Oversee and manage the development of new component designs, multi-sourcing, and legacy component projects in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.
- Ensure the progress and advancement of assigned projects, including prototyping and industrialization of components.
- Monitor the homologation of prototypes and pre-series components with Quality Assurance support.
- Follow quality processes such as FMEA and implement modifications during production.
- Conduct pre-studies for the design of bracelets, clasps, and jewelry boxes for new products in collaboration with design teams, project managers, and suppliers.
- Redesign legacy parts for after-sales service as needed.
- Update and maintain design standards and oversee continuous improvement projects.
- Gather technical information necessary for component development from internal teams.
- Model or modify components using CAD software from existing 2D, 3D designs, or plans.
- Adapt plans based on supplier feedback while ensuring feasibility and compliance.
- Validate the coherence and reliability of technical documentation.
- Update databases with development information, including article creation, plan connections, and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical support to Quality Control, Production, Development, After-Sales Service, and suppliers.
- Ensure cost and timeline adherence throughout the development stages from prototyping to delivery.
- Technical training with at least 5 years of experience in watch casing construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software, ideally CREO, and familiarity with Windchill (Pdm Link).
- Fluency in French and a good command of technical English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and persistent with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Pragmatic with the ability to maintain an overview and propose organizational optimizations.
A minimum of 5 years in watch casing construction is required.
Technical training or equivalent experience.
