Bvlgari Technical Project Coordinator

- Manage the design and project development of new casing components, multi-sourcing, or legacy components in collaboration with departments such as After-Sales Service, Development, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, internal Manufactures, and suppliers.
- Ensure the progress and advancement of various projects under responsibility.
- Oversee the production of components during prototyping and industrialization stages.
- Monitor the homologation of prototypes and pre-series of casing components with the support of the Quality Assurance team.
- Follow quality processes such as FMEA and modifications during production.
- Conduct pre-studies of design for bracelets, clasps, and jewelry boxes for new products in collaboration with design, project managers, and suppliers.
- Redesign legacy parts for After-Sales Service as needed.
- Ensure the update of current design standards and follow technical projects for continuous improvement of flow and processes.
- Collect all necessary technical information for component development from internal teams.
- Model or modify components using CAD from 2D, 3D designs, or existing plans.
- Adapt plans based on supplier feedback while ensuring feasibility and compliance.
- Validate the coherence and reliability of technical files.
- Complete database updates according to developments, article creation, plan connections, and lifecycle management.
- Provide technical support for Quality Control, Production, Development, After-Sales Service, and suppliers.
- Ensure cost and timeline adherence throughout all development stages from prototype to delivery.
- Technical education background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in watch casing construction
- Proficiency in CAD software, ideally CREO
- Familiarity with Windchill (PDM Link)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relational skills to build synergies
- Autonomy and strong analytical capacity
- Attention to detail
- Proactivity and perseverance
- Pragmatic and strategic thinking
- Fluency in French
- Good knowledge of technical English
