Bvlgari Technical Office Manager - Watchmaking

- Lead the technical development of watch products by coordinating the team of case and dial constructors and liaising between development and production teams.
- Manage a team of experienced constructors responsible for the design of cases and the design and partial industrialization of dials.
- Oversee product development activities for cases and dials in collaboration with Development Project Managers based in Neuchâtel.
- Drive cross-functional technical activities with the managers of the Habillage Manufacture, including problem resolution, modification requests, and new product homologation.
- Manage technical data and define design standards in collaboration with the Technical Office team.
- Coordinate internal and external prototyping activities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects for tools and data utilization.
- Report key issues to management.
- Provide occasional operational support to the team during peak activity periods.
- Degree in Engineering (HES) in Watchmaking, Microtechnology, or Mechanics, or Technician (ES) diploma.
- Minimum 8 years of confirmed experience in watchmaking or micromechanics within a watch manufacture, preferably in a dynamic brand that values aesthetics and product innovation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as PTC Creo, Inventor, or CATIA.
- Familiarity with MS Office and PLM tools like Windchill is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy to foster relationships and synergies.
- Innovative with a proactive approach to management.
- Autonomous, proactive, and assertive with strong analytical skills.
- Adaptability to manage complex projects and handle uncertainty with optimism.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Engineering (HES) in Watchmaking, Microtechnology, or Mechanics, or Technician (ES) diploma.
