1. Draft and publish job listings across various distribution channels.
2. Pre-select candidates and conduct pre-qualification calls.
3. Independently manage recruitment processes for interns and apprentices.
4. Actively participate in recruitment for more experienced profiles.
5. Update tracking files and contribute to the reliability of HR dashboards.
6. Support and participate in Campus Management initiatives.
7. Assist in departmental budget management through invoice processing on SAP.
8. Support strategic projects led by the Talent Acquisition department.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School, Work Psychology, or Human Resources.

2. Excellent listening skills and ability to navigate complexity with a solution-oriented approach.
3. Teamwork and idea-sharing capabilities.
4. Attention to detail and genuine interest in human resources.
5. Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency (C1).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
