1. Optimize supply chain processes to enhance production capacity while controlling costs and production times.
2. Ensure alignment of resources and make necessary adjustments to anticipate needs, manage supplies, and reduce inventory.
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to propose improvements and deploy KPIs, maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
4. Collaborate with production managers to discuss workshop loads and organizational adjustments to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Lead and manage a team across Purchasing-Supply, Stock Management, and Planning-Scheduling functions, communicating objectives and strategies regularly.
6. Support team development and ensure the availability of resources necessary to achieve objectives.

1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineering degree in Supply Chain or a technical field, possibly supplemented by Management training.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain within an industrial setting and team management.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing processes.
2. Interest in new flow planning methods such as DDMRP.
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to develop team members and foster potential.
6. Change management and ability to generate consensus for innovation.

A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management within an industrial environment, including team leadership.
