- Assist high-end and niche teams in the product development process by providing analysis to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of the right product strategy, assortment, and price benchmarking.
- Support the product development and marketing team, as well as the creative, sales, planning, production, legal, and pricing teams, and follow up with agencies to develop necessary content.
- Support the creation of a toolbox and battery of digital assets, collaborating with trade marketing, digital and social media teams, and markets to develop the strongest and most effective plan possible.
- Study the performance of launches by market and propose relevant actions.
- Final year student of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- First experience in a marketing, retail, or business operations role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is advantageous.
- Valid internship agreement signed by an accredited educational institution.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity and capability for innovative thinking with a proactive and meticulous approach.
Entry-level, ideally with initial experience in marketing, retail, or business operations, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry.
Final year of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain a comprehensive view of the product development lifecycle. Exposure to strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
