1. Activate and deactivate the premise alarm system as required.
2. Manage access control, including signing in vendors and non-store employees, and activating/deactivating security fobs.
3. Receive and process incoming packages under CCTV surveillance, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
4. Monitor CCTV feeds, identify security breaches or technical issues, and report to the appropriate vendor or loss prevention manager as needed.
5. Maintain visual security over back-of-house elevators and client restrooms, ensuring clients are never left unattended in restricted areas.
6. Coordinate communication between the sales floor and the CCTV room using radios.
7. Conduct security inspections using a wand/metal detector to examine empty boxes and garbage before disposal.

1. 5+ years of experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with security software and surveillance systems.
3. Strong investigative and audit skills with a proactive approach to security risks.
4. Ability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. High ethical standards and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

2. Ability to work effectively with teams, supervisors, and clients.
3. Proficient in escorting clients and visitors to secure areas while maintaining strict security protocols.

Minimum of 5 years in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement.
