Bvlgari Store Manager

- Define and execute store-specific commercial strategies aligned with regional objectives to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead store P&L oversight: control expenses, optimise inventory, and maximise margin through merchandising and operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences by implementing clienteling practices, gathering client feedback and fostering long-term relationships.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing in-store team through ongoing training, performance management and workforce planning.
- Ensure flawless day-to-day store operations, adherence to company policies and a consistently immaculate, brand‑compliant visual environment.
- Drive omnichannel sales by promoting an integrated mindset across store teams and monitoring related KPIs.
- Monitor local market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform store initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in retail, with significant leadership experience in luxury store management (typically 8+ years at store‑level leadership).
- Proven commercial acumen with strong sales, negotiation and decision‑making capabilities.

Minimum 10 years' professional experience in retail, including substantial tenure in luxury retail and proven store‑level leadership delivering sales growth, team development and operational control.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
