- Drive the boutique's performance by leading the team to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business development in the region.
- Lead by example to ensure team development and accountability.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment by proposing and implementing innovative solutions in line with company guidelines.
- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and service KPIs, spending significant time on the shop floor.
- Develop action plans based on mystery shopping and client feedback, ensuring implementation.
- Recruit new customers and create events to generate business opportunities.
- Nurture client relationships through in-store and external activities, addressing any concerns to restore satisfaction.
- Coach the sales team to deliver memorable shopping experiences and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales Trainers to define and implement training plans.
- Ensure store maintenance, safety, and compliance with visual merchandising and grooming standards.
- Manage store stock efficiently and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the correct application of company norms and procedures.
- Promote a seamless client experience through digital tools and omnichannel initiatives.
- Maintain market knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
