- Oversee store operations to achieve sales objectives and service KPIs, ensuring alignment with budget plans.
- Spend significant time on the sales floor engaging with the sales team and clients.
- Analyze sales results against budget and implement action plans to meet performance targets.
- Manage store expenses and implement cost-efficiency measures in collaboration with Store Managers.
- Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures, including discount policies.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing & Communications to align store marketing strategies with overall objectives.
- Propose and execute events and activities to drive sales and enhance boutique performance.
- Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones through strategic CRM activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with mall management and stay informed about mall activities.
- Participate in defining action plans based on mystery shopping results and ensure their implementation.
- Coach the sales team to deliver exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience.
- Address client concerns to restore satisfaction and maintain store standards.
- Manage store stock efficiently and provide feedback to the Merchandising team.
- Supervise after-sales service requests to ensure excellent customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in store or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in leading a team, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Sales-driven with strong business acumen and strategic retail approach.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Understanding of the luxury industry and strong client networking abilities.
- Knowledge of watches and jewelry with strong selling skills.
- Proficient in retail operations processes and procedures.
- High sense of integrity and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or other foreign languages is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail industry, with a focus on store management and operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
