2. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit individuals aligned with brand ethos.

4. Ensure staff adherence to grooming, appearance, and conduct standards.

7. Maintain a contingency plan for unforeseen staffing situations.
8. Dedicate 70% of time to the sales floor, balancing with administrative tasks.

10. Monitor retail operational procedures and collaborate on loss prevention and inventory management.
11. Develop deep-rooted client relationships through a comprehensive client development strategy.
12. Monitor luxury jewelry market trends and suggest innovative strategies to elevate store performance.
13. Build robust relations with external stakeholders and conceive market-centric strategies.

1. A decade of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items.
2. Proven managerial prowess with a knack for developing and inspiring diverse teams.
3. Ability to cultivate industry-specific relationships and awareness of local marketing and media landscapes.
4. Astute strategic thinking, decision-making, and practical action planning.
5. Flexibility for retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Adaptability to learn store operation software.

At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail or related fields.
