17. Dedicate 70% of time to sales floor visibility and 30% to administrative tasks.
18. Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented per corporate directives.
19. Monitor retail operational procedures and stay informed on process guidelines and store systems.
20. Collaborate with Retail Operations on loss prevention and inventory management.

22. Transition from casual customer interactions to deep client relationship building.
23. Monitor luxury jewelry market trends and competitor strategies, suggesting innovative performance enhancements.
24. Build relationships with external stakeholders like mall management and marketing teams.

1. A decade of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items.
2. Proven managerial skills with the ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.
3. Ability to cultivate industry-specific relationships and awareness of local marketing and media landscapes.
4. Astute strategic thinking, decision-making, and practical action planning.
5. Flexibility for retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Adaptability to learn store operation software.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management or related fields.
