8. Organize and maintain a weekly stock count calendar.
9. Manage supplies for the boutique, including water, office consumables, and stationery.
10. Coordinate export and VAT-off transactions.
11. Arrange redirection of carnets in high jewellery sales.
12. Ensure all transport procedures comply with insurance limits.
13. Redirect important mail and bills to relevant departments.
14. Adhere to month-end procedures and send all relevant reports before deadlines.

1. Fluency in English is essential.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. High proficiency in computer use.
2. Excellent knowledge of SAP.
3. Strong numerical dexterity.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Understanding of gemology and luxury products.
6. Experience in the luxury business.
