Bvlgari Stockroom Administrator

- Manage store back‑of‑house operations according to company standards, including warehouse organisation, storage and housekeeping.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against delivery documentation; verify quantities and quality before processing goods into inventory.
- Prepare, pack and dispatch merchandise for store sales, inter‑store transfers and returns, maintaining accurate shipping records.
- Maintain and oversee packaging materials; train and guide colleagues on the company’s packaging protocols and brand presentation standards.
- Execute regular cycle counts and lead the monthly physical inventory; reconcile stock records to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Operate ERP/SAP to record goods movements and maintain up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Proactively liaise with the store manager and sales team to monitor stock flow and prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Practical knowledge of warehousing and custodial procedures for high‑value goods.
- Solid understanding of jewellery and watch products and handling requirements.
- Proven ability to operate ERP systems (experience with SAP preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and professional service attitude.
- Familiarity with warehouse receiving, dispatch and inventory control processes.

1–2 years of hands‑on experience in retail inventory, stockroom or warehouse operations; experience in luxury jewellery, watch or high‑value retail is strongly preferred.
High school diploma or vocational qualification; certification or training in logistics, inventory control or a related discipline is advantageous.
