1. Support the management and monitoring of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
2. Assist in coordinating Asian market channels in alignment with global guidelines.
3. Collaborate with external agencies in planning, reviewing, and validating editorial calendars, captions, and content strategies.
4. Research trends, formats, and benchmarks to inspire innovative content ideas.
5. Assist in briefing and coordinating content production, including photoshoots and events.
6. Collect and analyze performance data to optimize social media campaigns.

1. Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and communication.
2. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
3. Competence in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
4. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Creativity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Collaborative work style.

Beginner level experience in social media or digital marketing is required.
