1. Implement and oversee the purchasing strategy for indirect purchasing categories, ensuring alignment with Bvlgari's standards and CSR requirements.
2. Develop and share efficient reporting tools to enhance the indirect purchasing process and support continuous improvement.
3. Track and analyze spending within purchasing categories, ensuring budget compliance and proposing tactical actions for supplier portfolio optimization.
4. Monitor compliance with legal, ethical, and environmental regulations across the supplier portfolio.
5. Identify risks related to supplier production capacities and propose contingency plans.
6. Oversee the bidding phase, contract negotiation, and industrialization follow-up during development.
7. Benchmark and scout the market to optimize purchasing conditions and enhance competitiveness.
8. Support teams in identifying and referencing new suppliers, contributing to sustainable sourcing strategies.

1. Master’s degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Purchasing.
3. Fluency in French and English.

1. Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and contract management.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel (macros and VBA) and SAP.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
5. Customer-oriented with a focus on quality and timing.
6. Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in Strategic Purchasing, with exposure to supply chain and production processes.

Master’s degree in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
