1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework aligning with LVMH and Bulgari standards.
2. Manage internal control documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and testing protocols are current and effectively implemented.
3. Lead the implementation and testing of the LVMH E.R.I.C.A. project and other internal control mandates.
4. Plan and oversee internal audit programs across North America and LATAM.
5. Identify and implement improvements to enhance internal control efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and sanction laws, and other relevant regulations.
7. Manage and mentor two direct reports, fostering their professional development.
8. Collaborate with business process owners to identify risks and recommend controls.
9. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors and Bulgari Headquarters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance in a multinational company.
3. Strong understanding of Internal Control & Audit frameworks such as COSO and Sarbanes-Oxley.
4. Demonstrated experience in team management and talent development.

$120,000 - $148,000
