Senior Manager, Education & Events

1. Develop the annual education and training strategy in alignment with regional goals and objectives.
2. Create training tools and learning modules to support sales teams in achieving sell-out goals.
3. Oversee the management and development of the Education (Training) Manager.
4. Lead the execution of in-store events and ensure top-tier event execution.
5. Collaborate with local leadership on PR and influencer event creation and execution.
6. Conduct Train-the-Trainer activities for the Americas Field Team and Distributor Training Managers.
7. Mentor Bulgari Brand Ambassadors to achieve monthly sales plans for the high-end segment.
8. Develop training protocols to ensure best-in-class mystery shop results.
9. Track field sales team engagement in educational opportunities and support under-performing team members.
10. Adapt and maintain training assets from Head Office for the Americas.
11. Ensure the fragrance training team delivers effective training sessions.
12. Manage programs focusing on sales, service, and customer experience.

1. 5+ years' experience in training within a luxury brand or similar capacity.
2. Retail and wholesale experience preferred/required.
3. Knowledge of the luxury fragrance market required.

1. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently.
2. Passionate about the beauty business.
3. Demonstrated written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrated coaching skills within a luxury environment.
5. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
6. Team player.

Minimum 10 years of experience.
