Bvlgari Senior Manager of Education and Events

- Create the Annual Education and Strategy in alignment with Americas Regional goals and objectives.
- Develop ad-hoc Training Tools and Learning Modules to support the front-line sales team in achieving sell-out goals.
- Oversee management and development of the Education (Training) Manager.
- Conceptualize and lead execution of in-store event opportunities, ensuring top-tier event execution and achieving sell-out goals.
- Collaborate with Local Leadership on large-scale PR and Influencer Event creation and execution.
- Lead Local Train-the-Trainer activities for the Bvlgari Americas Field Team and Americas Regional Distributor Training Managers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Mentor Bulgari Brand Ambassadors to help achieve monthly sales plans for the High-End Segment and recommend methods to boost sales.
- Ensure Best-in-Class Mystery Shop results by developing specific training protocols.
- Track Field Sales Team engagement in educational opportunities and partner with Field Team Leadership to support under-performing team members.
- Adapt, manage, and maintain all training assets from Head Office to ensure best fit for Americas needs.
- Ensure fragrance training team delivers effective trainings and maximizes their positive impact on the business.
- Responsible for the talent development strategy of Bulgari Field Team training and coaching skills.
- Manage and direct programs focusing on sales, service, and customer experience to measure performance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years' experience in training within a luxury brand or similar capacity.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Retail and wholesale experience preferred/required.
- Knowledge of the luxury fragrance market required.
- Passion for the beauty business.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated coaching skills and facilitation within a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Team player.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 5 years in training within a luxury brand or similar capacity.
