Bvlgari Senior Demand & Logistics Planner

- Monitor inventory levels within the distribution network to achieve target service levels while minimizing costs and preventing shortages.
- Organize and lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings across all categories and departments.
- Deploy inventory according to demand and inventory levels for the US and LATAM markets, in coordination with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Services teams to allocate products based on priorities, opportunities, and inventory constraints.
- Liaise with Central teams to control product availability, identify shortages and excess stock risks, and communicate proactively with the Perfume Team and Customer Service.
- Manage new launches and discontinued products with quantity collection or sell-down plans for the US and LATAM markets, optimizing inventory depletion.
- Define and establish target stock levels based on product clusters to align with budget projections for local warehouses.
- Review monthly S&OP for forecast versus actual performance across the Americas, working with sales teams to identify overage or shortage risks.
- Oversee the 24-month sell-in forecast for the US and LATAM, updating monthly.
- Develop new dashboards for KPI monitoring and improve existing reports.
- Prepare obsolescence reports and inform material status to Finance and Accounting quarterly.
- Review and update Target Stock Levels (TSL) for E-commerce and Directly Operated Stores (DOS) according to their perfume assortment.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely availability of incoming shipments.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure quick clearance of entries, providing necessary documentation.
- Serve as the key contact for warehouse system transitions and implementations.
- Monitor perfume freight costs and process all logistics invoices accurately and timely.
- Lead additional ad-hoc projects as required.
- 4-6 years of experience in demand planning and logistics processes within a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and approach critical tasks with urgency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in IT applications such as SAP, Excel, BW HANA, and IVALUA.
- Ability to travel internationally.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning and logistics within the luxury sector.
