Bvlgari Senior Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional, personalised selling experience to every client—welcoming walk-ins, supporting browsers, managing purchases, CARE requests and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain and update client records in the company CRM and execute 1-to-1 CRM initiatives in line with provided guidelines to nurture long‑term relationships.
- Resolve complex client complaints diplomatically, proposing solutions that protect brand reputation while addressing client concerns.
- Act as proactive liaison between clients and local or central after‑sales/service departments to ensure seamless service.
- Work actively to meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPI performance.
- Remain fully compliant with company policies and procedures on discounts, security, fiscal responsibilities and legal requirements during transactions.
- Stay current with trainings, product knowledge and internal procedures to offer flawless, informed advice on jewellery and watches.
- Minimum five years' proven experience in luxury retail, ideally specialising in jewellery and/or watches.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience, with demonstrated success in jewellery and/or watch sales, clienteling, CRM usage and achievement of individual sales targets. Experience serving high‑net‑worth clientele and handling complex after‑sales enquiries is expected.
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in Luxury Retail, Business, Sales or a related discipline preferred.
