Bvlgari Senior Accountant

- Actively participate in the monthly closing process of multiple legal entities, with a focus on LATAM companies.
- Prepare all intercompany reconciliations and submissions.
- Oversee intra-brand accounting with various group affiliates.
- Prepare and post all rent entries from Anaplan to SAP.
- Record all payroll and benefits-related expenses, including commissions, bonuses, and health insurance.
- Record all journal entries related to sales and accruals.
- Prepare and maintain all prepaid schedules, including prepaid others, A&P prepaid, and prepaid insurance.
- Create and maintain all commercial insurance amortizations and accruals schedules.
- Prepare quarterly obsolescence analysis.
- Prepare KPIs and other reports for local management and corporate.
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
- Reconcile employee Online Boutique sales.
- Perform monthly G/L accounts analysis for all inventory and related accounts.
- Conduct monthly reviews of inventory valuation.
- Post all customs expenses based on monthly files from Ferrari in SAP MIRO.
- Assist in reporting financial statements in the consolidation tool Syrus.
- Prepare various monthly balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss statement analyses.
- Serve as the point of contact for sales reporting with landlords across the retail network.
- Participate in periodic internal control and LVMH audits.
- Work on other projects as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the larger scope.
- Solid computer proficiency, particularly in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
- Willingness to contribute beyond the defined role to meet business needs.
- Retail and wholesale experience required.
- SAP experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar capacity, with retail and wholesale experience required.
Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or similar field.
