1. Actively participate in the monthly closing process of multiple legal entities, with a focus on LATAM companies.
2. Prepare all intercompany reconciliations and submissions.
3. Oversee intra-brand accounting with various group affiliates.
4. Prepare and post all rent entries from Anaplan to SAP.
5. Record all payroll and benefits-related expenses, including commissions, bonuses, and health insurance.
6. Record all journal entries related to sales and accruals.
7. Prepare and maintain all prepaid schedules, including prepaid others, A&P prepaid, and prepaid insurance.
8. Create and maintain all commercial insurance amortizations and accruals schedules.
9. Prepare quarterly obsolescence analysis.
10. Prepare KPIs and other reports for local management and corporate.
11. Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
12. Reconcile employee Online Boutique sales.
13. Perform monthly G/L accounts analysis for all inventory and related accounts.
14. Conduct monthly reviews of inventory valuation.
15. Post all customs expenses based on monthly files from Ferrari in SAP MIRO.
16. Assist in reporting financial statements in the consolidation tool Syrus.
17. Prepare various monthly balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss statement analyses.
18. Serve as the point of contact for sales reporting with landlords across the retail network.
19. Participate in periodic internal control and LVMH audits.
20. Work on other projects as assigned.

1. Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or a similar field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

1. Strong communication and analytical skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining awareness of the larger scope.
4. Solid computer proficiency, particularly in Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
5. Willingness to contribute beyond the defined role to meet business needs.
6. Retail and wholesale experience required.
7. SAP experience preferred.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar capacity, with retail and wholesale experience required.

Bachelor of Science degree in accounting or similar field.
