Bvlgari Selling Manager - Perfume

- Utilize sales and staffing reports to identify opportunities, liabilities, and ensure positive ROI.
- Leverage marketing calendars, new product launches, storewide promotions, and competitive activities.
- Ensure BA’s and Freelancers execute Bulgari branded events in-store with excellence, partnering with local special event, marketing, and visual teams to drive sales.
- Recruit, train, and schedule BA’s and Freelancers.
- Coach, develop, and motivate selling teams to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Monitor selling team schedule adherence, productivity, and ROI effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all levels of store management to secure preferred vendor status.
- Collaborate with the Education Manager to train BA’s and Freelancers on new initiatives and selling techniques.
- Proactively ensure stock sufficiency through external partnerships.
- Adhere to spending guidelines with minimal under spends to allocated budgets, including staffing, travel, and training.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the perfume, beauty, or service industry within a retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with all organizational levels.
- Dynamic, innovative, and confident self-starter with a self-directed management style.
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and execute workload independently, especially due to remote management.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving high standards and driving behavior towards magnificent achievement.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build effective relationships and offer practical recommendations.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the perfume, beauty, or service industry within a retail environment.
