Bvlgari Sales Training Senior Manager

- Organize and deploy regional and local training for client advisors, store managers, and deputy managers across all mono-brand stores in Japan.
- Engage and develop store managers and teams on commercial training topics, ensuring continuous enhancement of selling skills.
- Develop and follow up on action plans related to Mystery Shopping, Voice of the Client, Net Promoter Score, and Voice of the Team CX measurement programs.
- Support store managers in becoming effective team leaders to enhance client experience.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to store personnel, requiring frequent travel.
- Manage and develop the Sales Training team, conducting performance evaluations and creating development plans.
- Coordinate training events conducted in-class, in-store, and digitally, ensuring effective local organization.
- Oversee the cascading deployment and follow-up processes after external consultant roll-outs.
- Define and manage the audience, calendar, venue, and execution of local training programs.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions organized by the corporate training department.
- Ensure translation and local adaptation of training content released by corporate.
- Organize and deliver onboarding programs for new Client Advisors and Store Managers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to identify and develop in-store ambassadors for watches and accessories.
- Work with Local Merchandisers on action plans related to JWA collections.
- Collaborate with the HR Department on soft skills training for Store Managers and sales staff.
- Suggest improvements on training tools and provide feedback to the Corporate Training Department.
- Support the wholesale and travel retail team by delivering brand and watches training sessions.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales training or a related field.
- Proficiency in selling and training skills
- On-site retail coaching
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide observation, feedback, and training on the job
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Knowledge of the luxury market and competitors
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales training or a related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
