Bvlgari Sales Back Office Coordinator

- Serve as an ambassador of the Bulgari brand, managing back office, after-sales service, and inventory.
- Support all store activities, ensuring maximum cooperation with the sales team to achieve store targets.
- Liaise with the Financial & Accounting department to ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
- Manage and supervise the store vault and all related count cycles, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory activities.
- Handle product reception and expedition, ensuring physical items match invoices and updating data in CRM and SAP systems.
- Oversee tagging activities, repricing, and after-sales service activities, including coordinating item shipments to repair centers.
- Maintain store operations, contacting suppliers or IT for any hardware/software issues.
- Ensure daily cash opening and closing, related reporting, and verification of sales receipts and payments.
- Perform classic after-sales operations such as changing batteries, bracelets, or conducting leak tests.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Expertise in retail store operations.
- Proficiency with store operation applications such as SAP and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative-taking.
- Flexibility, genuineness, and rigor in work approach.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
