1. Serve as an ambassador of the Bulgari brand, managing back office, after-sales service, and inventory.
2. Support all store activities, ensuring maximum cooperation with the sales team to achieve store targets.
3. Liaise with the Financial & Accounting department to ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
4. Manage and supervise the store vault and all related count cycles, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory activities.
5. Handle product reception and expedition, ensuring physical items match invoices and updating data in CRM and SAP systems.
6. Oversee tagging activities, repricing, and after-sales service activities, including coordinating item shipments to repair centers.
7. Maintain store operations, contacting suppliers or IT for any hardware/software issues.
8. Ensure daily cash opening and closing, related reporting, and verification of sales receipts and payments.
9. Perform classic after-sales operations such as changing batteries, bracelets, or conducting leak tests.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within a high-end luxury boutique.
2. Expertise in retail store operations.

1. Proficiency with store operation applications such as SAP and CRM systems.
2. Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
3. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Excellent communication and service-oriented skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities and initiative-taking.
6. Flexibility, genuineness, and rigor in work approach.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
