1. Welcome clients, manage their waiting time, and notify sales associates for prompt service; provide beverage service and assist sales associates during transactions.
2. Participate in sales exhibitions and events organized by Bulgari stores.
3. Conduct stock management operations according to established procedures and participate in inventory processes, supporting the Back Office team.
4. Ensure the follow-up and quality of after-sales service activities.

11. Monitor store KPIs, such as client feedback and mystery shopping results, and facilitate team progress through regular follow-ups and action plans.
