1. Analyze existing training content to identify learning opportunities and support the creation of necessary content.
2. Upskill sales teams on watch knowledge, including high-end complications.
3. Deploy and reinforce training to Store Managers and Client Advisors on Bulgari client experience, selling techniques, and product collections.
4. Participate in retail coaching and in-store observation, providing feedback to Store Directors and the Director of Training, North America.
5. Collaborate on the onboarding process for all regional retail hires.
6. Assist in the localization of training initiatives launched by central training.
7. Create, monitor, and track store visits to support key regional initiatives.
8. Partner in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of in-store trainings.
9. Monitor all eLearning platforms for the assigned market.
10. Follow up and build on needs analysis and action plans related to Mystery Shop and Voice of Client initiatives.
11. Perform ad-hoc projects as required by management to support the business.
12. Collaborate with interdepartmental committees or task forces as necessary.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or training experience in a luxury environment.
2. Extensive watch knowledge with supplemental certification from FHH or similar preferred.
3. Understanding of the competitive watch market with strong knowledge of micro-mechanics.
4. Supplemental certification with GIA, FHH, or similar is a plus.

1. Proficiency in eLearning platforms.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
3. Ability to manage departmental budget contributions and process expense reports efficiently.
4. Agility in navigating various professional environments.
5. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%-70% of the time.
