Bvlgari Retail Merchandising Specialist (Jewelry & Watches)

- Lead and coordinate global and novelty assortment sessions, defining optimal store-level assortments by store cluster, product strategy and sales performance.
- Manage assortment validation for new openings, renovations/relocations and pop-up concepts, coordinating Local Merchandisers, Network Merchandising, Supply Chain and Distribution Planning to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee and optimize allocation- and priority-driven product distribution to align inventory with store needs and commercial opportunities.
- Analyze weekly sales and inventory performance, identify trends and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations to maximize sell-through in collaboration with local and central stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison with Central Supply Chain and Distribution Planning on assortment topics and priority setting for new product launches.
- Support continuous improvement of assortment and distribution processes, driving data‑led initiatives and streamlining cross‑functional workflows.
- University degree in Business Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years' experience in merchandising or a similar role; experience within luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capability with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant merchandising or retail planning experience, ideally 4–6 years with demonstrated exposure to assortment strategy, allocation and cross‑functional coordination within the luxury or premium retail sector.
University degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
