Bvlgari Retail Beauty Intern

Bulgari is a luxury Italian maison renowned for jewellery, watches and lifestyle products, with an established presence in prestige beauty. The role sits within LVMH's Perfumes & Cosmetics division, offering the resources and standards of a global luxury group combined with Bulgari's Italian design heritage and client-focused retail ethos.

1. Maintain counter presentation and hygiene: clean and wipe tester bottles, keep surfaces tidy, and return misplaced testers promptly.
2. Perform regular fragrance diffusion at the counter approximately every 30 minutes and monitor ambient presentation.
3. Prepare and organise retail materials (paper bags, ribbons, packaging) and support gift-wrapping for client purchases.
4. Support merchandising and stock tasks, including basic inventory assistance and replenishment.
5. Deliver front-of-house sales support: greet customers, distribute fragrance samples, invite guests to the counter, offer seating and refreshments, and guide customers to a Beauty Advisor.
6. Facilitate promotional engagement such as guiding customers to scan corporate QR codes and distributing samples upon successful engagement.

1. Currently enrolled as a student in a university, college or vocational programme.
2. Enthusiastic about cosmetics and skincare with a keen interest in product knowledge.
3. Outgoing, honest and personable with a strong aptitude for client-facing interaction.
4. Demonstrates reliable execution, strong service orientation and ability to integrate quickly into a retail team.
5. Able to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.

Hourly wage (RMB 25–32/hr for cities such as Wuhan). Outstanding interns or student part-timers may be considered for post-graduation conversion to a permanent Beauty Advisor role and can be eligible for selection into the retail management trainee programme within LVMH Beauty.
