- Develop and implement strategic business plans for stores and business partner accounts, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement actions to enhance performance.
- Provide leadership and development to Store Managers and the sales team to ensure service excellence.
- Report on market conditions, competition activities, and distribution changes.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential partners.
- Support Store Managers and Area Sales Managers in generating new high-net-worth clients.
- Liaise with Merchandising to ensure optimal product selection aligns with market demands.
- Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams on product launches and market visibility initiatives.
- Conduct monthly reviews with the Logistics team and manage special allocations for high-end products.
- Partner with Human Resources on staffing and performance management needs.
- Guide Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor and challenge Store Managers on retail and CRM KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and manage customer complaints.
- Build and manage the Sales team to deliver network, sales, and profitability objectives.
- Define commercial strategies for Franchise, Wholesale, and Travel Retail channels.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and contribute to forecasting and order management.
- Manage the establishment of Purchase Plans and control Sell-out vs Sell-in ratios.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; Master’s Degree in Business preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in retail/luxury environments.
- Experience in Business Partners, Franchises, Wholesale, and Travel Retail channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic, multi-channel environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40-50% of the time.
- Fluency in Spanish; French is a plus.
