1. Manage the regulatory evaluation and approval process for raw materials in cosmetic formulations.
2. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather regulatory, technical, and safety data.
3. Ensure the completeness of the regulatory dossier for the raw materials portfolio.
4. Conduct impact studies to evaluate implications of upcoming regulations on raw materials.
5. Participate in the creation of compliant packaging, ensuring adherence to international regulatory requirements for labeling.
6. Ensure compliance of new and existing non-cosmetic products with global regulations and standards.
7. Prepare, validate, and provide necessary compliance and registration files for customers.

1. Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetic or chemical industry.
3. Expertise in Regulatory Affairs with knowledge of worldwide cosmetics and labeling legislation.
4. Solid understanding of the homologation process for raw materials and chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, GPSR, etc.).

1. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
2. Autonomous and rigorous, capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills, adept at working in a multicultural environment.
4. Proficient in French and English.
5. Comfortable using a range of computer tools for daily responsibilities.

A minimum of 3 years in the cosmetic or chemical industry with a focus on Regulatory Affairs.

Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
