- Master the use of control equipment and prepare technical files for workshops in self-control.
- Develop measurement ranges and programs on optical machines (Keyence and OGP).
- Ensure the effectiveness and repeatability of planned controls and qualify measurement equipment capability.
- Provide technical support to production and conduct training sessions to raise awareness and educate employees on quality processes.
- Conduct daily audits on self-controls, report discrepancies to operators, and periodically consolidate results for management review.
- Analyze control results and implement improvement actions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production and support functions to standardize, formalize, and continuously improve quality procedures.
- Initiate preventive actions for non-quality issues and provide technical solutions to detect problems early and cost-effectively.
- Contribute to the improvement of new products by participating in industrialization meetings.
- Advanced training in metrology and measurement programming, ideally with Keyence and OGP (Zone3).
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Adaptability and curiosity to optimize control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; familiarity with MiniTab is a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills to advance organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Proactive in proposing procedural improvements and addressing challenges.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in metrology and measurement programming, preferably with Keyence and OGP systems.
Advanced training in a relevant field.
