Bvlgari Quality Technician

- Master control methods and prepare technical files for workshops engaged in self-inspection.
- Develop measurement ranges and programs on optical machines such as Keyence and OGP.
- Ensure the effectiveness and repeatability of planned controls and qualify the capability of measurement tools.
- Provide technical support to production and conduct training sessions to raise awareness and educate employees on quality processes.
- Perform daily audits on self-inspections and report discrepancies to operators, consolidating results for management presentation.
- Propose and implement action plans to maintain the quality system's sustainability.
- Analyze control results and implement improvement actions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production and support functions to standardize, formalize, and continuously improve quality procedures.
- Initiate preventive actions for non-quality issues and provide technical solutions to detect problems early and cost-effectively.
- Contribute to the improvement of new products by participating in industrialization meetings.
- Advanced education in metrology and measurement programming, preferably with Keyence and OGP (Zone3).
- Proven experience in metrology and measurement programming.
- Adaptability and curiosity to optimize control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI; knowledge of MiniTab is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills to drive organizational progress.
- Excellent communication skills to share knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to propose enhancements to existing procedures and tackle challenges effectively.
Minimum 5 years of experience in metrology and measurement programming.
Advanced education in a relevant field.
