Bvlgari Quality Technician in Watchmaking

- Master control methods and prepare technical dossiers for self-control workshops.
- Develop measurement ranges and programs on optical machines such as Keyence and OGP.
- Ensure the effectiveness and repeatability of planned controls and qualify measurement capabilities.
- Provide technical support to production and conduct training sessions on quality processes.
- Perform daily audits on self-controls and report discrepancies to operators.
- Propose and implement action plans to maintain the quality system of the manufacture.
- Analyze control results and implement improvement actions to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with production and support functions to standardize and improve quality procedures.
- Initiate preventive actions for non-quality issues and provide technical solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of new products through industrialization sessions.
- Advanced training in metrology and measurement programming, preferably with Keyence and OGP (Zone3).
- Proven adaptability and curiosity to optimize control processes.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills to advance organizational progress.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; knowledge of MiniTab is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Ability to propose procedural improvements and address challenges.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in metrology and measurement programming is required.
Advanced training in relevant field.
