Bvlgari Quality Specification Specialist

- Develop and verify control plans for CNC-produced semi-finished parts, defining inspection frequencies and acceptance criteria.
- Perform capability studies and create XR control charts to monitor and evaluate process performance and product quality.
- Collaborate on the validation of mechanical semi-finished parts and support the design and refinement of inspection fixtures optimized for automated measurement systems.
- Execute product qualification tests in the QS laboratory using dynamometers, torque testers and other lab instrumentation.
- Plan and perform durability tests using collaborative robots to simulate extended product use and support lifecycle validation.
- Carry out metallographic examinations and fracture-mechanics analyses on returned or prototype parts to qualify production processes.
- Prepare and contribute to formal test and validation reports, ensuring rigorous interpretation of instrumental test data.
- Interface with production, manufacturing engineering and R&D to close non-conformances and propose process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of statistics and process control methodologies, including capability analysis.
- Practical experience with laboratory test instruments and measurement techniques.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: knowledge of fracture mechanics and experience performing micrographic examinations.

Entry-level: internships or up to a few years' experience in quality engineering, laboratory testing or materials evaluation within precision manufacturing; experience in watches, jewellery or mechanical components is advantageous.
