Bvlgari Quality Intern

- Collaborate with Bulgari Horlogerie Quality Assurance to define suitable testing protocols for components based on study objectives.
- Develop test programs on laboratory equipment in coordination with suppliers.
- Establish a clear process for managing test requests, including tools for generation, progress tracking, and report archiving.
- Standardize test report templates and actions for non-conformities.
- Draft usage and maintenance instructions for testing equipment.
- Structure the overall laboratory operations: processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Operate the X-Ray measurement device for analyzing metallic layer thicknesses and material compositions.
- Utilize X-Ray results for continuous improvement of the electroplating process, including capability analysis and quality defect investigations.
- Define a management process for dial samples in line with product or process changes.
- Propose reliable storage and traceability solutions to prevent losses and ensure controlled access to samples.
- Final-year engineering student with a specialization in quality or industrial engineering.
- Mandatory internship agreement from an educational institution.
