Bvlgari Quality Intern in Watchmaking

- Collaborate with the supplier quality assurance technician to define and adapt self-inspection processes.
- Contribute to supplier audits to identify discrepancies from defined requirements.
- Assist in creating or improving self-inspection standards and ensure their application by training supplier teams in control methods and associated tools.
- Participate in defining and monitoring supplier quality key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare communication materials for performance reviews with suppliers and participate in these meetings alongside internal teams (purchasing, quality).
- Monitor action plans implemented with suppliers, ensuring their effectiveness and sustainability, fostering continuous improvement and long-term partnerships.
- Critique internal control processes during supplier visits to ensure product quality.
- Participate in creating and validating missing standards and oversee their application by training teams.
- Conduct audits with controllers to detect deviations from standards.
- Higher education in quality or industrial engineering.
- Strong technical curiosity and interest in quality challenges within a watchmaking manufacture.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality tools (DMAIC, QQOQCCP, Six Sigma).
- Data analysis skills using software such as Excel, PowerBI, or MiniTab.
- Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and patience.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Higher education in quality or industrial engineering is required.
The internship provides an opportunity to develop technical skills in quality assurance, including the use of control tools, conducting quality audits, data analysis, and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
