- Align PR activities with Bulgari's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Support local PR teams in main markets, guiding their activities to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
- Establish strong rapport with HQ PR teams to leverage global activations.
- Identify and leverage key media opportunities to maximize exposure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers in the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage press office activities.
- Secure top-tier media coverage for product launches, events, and brand milestones.
- Plan and execute high-profile branding events, ensuring exceptional brand representation.
- Develop compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and celebrities.
- Support during crisis situations, ensuring clear and consistent communications.
- Monitor PR & Branding activities and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Manage PR set inventory and optimize budget for PR set purchases.
- Ensure accuracy and optimization of budgets, strategically defining main investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
- Proven track record of successful media relations and securing high-profile coverage.
- Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese and Italian is advantageous.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand tone.
- Strong network of media contacts in the fashion, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.
- Experience planning and managing luxury events from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with digital media and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Proficiency in project management and relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, Fashion GPS, and Tableau.
Minimum 10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the luxury goods or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
