Bvlgari Project Manager, Interior Design

1. Prepare initial project briefs, including project requirements, retro-planning schedules, and budgets.
2. Review site conditions and lease provisions pertinent to construction activities.
3. Liaise with landlords regarding design guidelines and construction requirements.
4. Coordinate the design phase with the Store Design Team and regional cross-functional teams, including Retail, Procurement & Finance, IT, Security, and Merchandising.
5. Manage consultants such as architects, engineers, and expeditors for the preparation of construction drawings and documents.
6. Drive critical milestones and deliverables to achieve project approvals and funding.
7. Secure necessary permits and manage the bid process.
8. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to Bulgari standards, timelines, and budgets.
9. Conduct value engineering with Store Design to maintain budgetary constraints.
10. Review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, applications for payments, and change orders.
11. Request and manage drawing sets from schematic design to construction documents.
12. Attend and coordinate weekly construction meetings with all stakeholders.
13. Coordinate shipments of owner-supplied goods.
14. Collect as-built and close-out documents.
15. Manage store handover and punch list at project completion.
16. Conduct site visits and project meetings as required.
17. Perform post-opening project audits and identify areas for improvement.
18. Support Store Design and Procurement with research and development programs.
19. Identify regional/local resources and propose programs for cost and schedule efficiencies.
20. Collaborate with LVMH Sustainability groups on Green programs and LEED certifications.
21. Travel domestically up to 30% is required.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end retail projects
3. LEED accreditation preferred
4. Knowledge of Italian is advantageous

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
5. Strong cultural awareness and interest in the luxury and fashion industry

A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing high-end retail projects is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
