1. Contribute to the creation and updating of standard documents for manufacturing process mapping and work instructions.
2. Collaborate with production teams to document and formalize step-by-step work instructions with photos and comments for each manufacturing operation.
3. Monitor and manage the progress of documentation to ensure timely completion.
4. Ensure uniformity and compliance of instructions with predefined standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects for identified manufacturing processes.

1. Master's degree in Engineering or a related field in the industrial sector.
2. Strong technical curiosity and interest in manufacturing processes in an industrial setting.
3. Comfortable working on-site and engaging with production staff.

1. Proficiency in project management improvement tools and methods (DMAIC).
2. Strong organizational and information structuring skills.
3. Fluent in French.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication skills.
