Bvlgari Perfumes Purchasing Performance Project Manager

- Define long-term purchasing strategy for packaging components and raw materials, aligning with brand identity and LVMH Beauty group synergies.
- Enhance value chain creation and operational excellence through innovation and digitalization of tools and processes.
- Focus on product margins to reconcile profitability and desirability, increasing gross margins and evaluating investment versus project size.
- Manage purchasing performance from operational and financial perspectives, designing and implementing process improvements.
- Propose tactical purchasing recommendations based on supplier financial performance, in line with brand strategy.
- Lead negotiations with integrity, utilizing innovative levers to maximize product mark-up.
- Cultivate preferred customer relationships with strategic suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Assess and manage risks, implementing advanced methodologies to secure business continuity.
- Develop market intelligence tools for data management in the area of responsibility.
- Drive Purchasing Share of Voice among stakeholders through effective communication and project management.
- Degree in Engineering or Purchasing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within a multinational company.
- Strong customer focus with high product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset capable of managing ambiguity.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Understanding of supply chain and purchasing KPIs.
At least 5 years in a purchasing or procurement department, preferably within the Perfumes or FMCG industries.
Degree in Engineering or Purchasing.
