- Define long-term purchasing strategy for packaging components and raw materials, aligning with brand identity and LVMH Beauty group synergies.
- Enhance value chain creation and accelerate operational excellence through innovation and digitalization of purchasing tools and processes.
- Focus on product margins to reconcile profitability and desirability, increasing gross margins and evaluating investment versus project size.
- Manage purchasing performance from operational and financial perspectives, designing and implementing functional improvements to processes and tools.
- Negotiate with integrity, leading teams in negotiation strategy and focusing on product mark-up maximization.
- Develop preferred customer relationships with strategic suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Assess and manage risks by implementing advanced risk management methodologies and tools.
- Drive and develop Purchasing Share of Voice among stakeholders, managing projects and influencing stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering or Purchasing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a purchasing or procurement department within a multinational company.
- Strong customer focus with high product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and purchasing KPIs.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the Perfumes or FMCG industries. Familiarity with the luxury industry is advantageous.
Degree in Engineering or Purchasing.
