Bvlgari Perfumes Marketing Director

- Develop and implement the Perfume Marketing strategy for North America, Travel Retail, and LATAM, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing strategy.
- Provide strategic marketing input across various business areas including sales and inventory management.
- Manage budget and staff to achieve the objectives of the Perfume Marketing department.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing including advertising, promotion, incentives, visual merchandising, training support, business analytics, social media, and new business opportunities.
- Lead a team of 7 individuals across the US, LATAM, and Travel Retail.
- Evaluate and propose marketing strategies tailored to local markets and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the Brand Communication department on press events and public relations.
- Analyze and execute the annual marketing communication strategy, adjusting plans to meet market and competitive conditions.
- Direct market meetings for retailers by season.
- Work closely with Sales Administration on NPD reporting and cross-channel analytics.
- Lead the pricing positioning process, ensuring market positioning aligns with strategic guidelines.
- Ensure marketing objectives are met within designated budgets and take corrective action as necessary.
- Maximize strategic communications with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and Central counterparts.
- Manage the marketing portion of the P&L and provide financial insights to management.
- Provide market research and business analytics to support decision-making.
- Engage with the field and marketing team to ensure regular market visits and attend retailer meetings.
- Lead and develop the Perfume Marketing team.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the perfume industry.
- Proven brand strategist with a broad creative and innovative acumen.
- Strong awareness of luxury brands and customer-focused approach.
- Result-oriented with strong project, organization, planning, and budget management skills.
- Comprehensive analytical skills and solid interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, energetic self-starter with leadership qualities.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- International travel is required.

Compensation range: $170,000 - $190,000
