Bvlgari Perfumes Marketing Director

- Develop and implement the Perfume Marketing strategy for North America in alignment with the Global Marketing strategy.
- Provide strategic marketing input across business areas including sales and inventory management.
- Manage budget and staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Oversee all Perfume Collections in the luxury wholesale business environment.
- Strategize marketing aspects such as advertising, promotion, incentives, visual merchandising, training support, business analytics, social media, and new business opportunities.
- Evaluate and propose Marketing strategies in line with the local market, preparing presentations and delivering content to diverse audiences.
- Drive initiatives supporting the Field in defining and implementing local Marketing plans in-store.
- Collaborate with the Brand communication department on Press events and PR.
- Analyze, develop, recommend, and execute the annual marketing communication strategy.
- Evaluate market reactions to advertising campaigns, events, products, merchandising, product packaging, and formulation.
- Direct all Market Meetings for Retailers by Season.
- Collaborate with Sales Administration on regular NPD Reporting and lead cross-channel analytics.
- Lead and manage the pricing positioning process, ensuring optimal market positioning.
- Ensure effective control of Marketing results and corrective actions within designated budgets.
- Maximize interaction and strategic communications with Sales, Sales Administration, Demand Planning, Finance, and Central counterparts.
- Manage the Marketing Portion of the P&L and oversee the Marketing budget.
- Provide VP with market research information and business analytics.
- Communicate with Central on new product promotions, competitive information, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate market visits and attend Retailer meetings with Field Management.
- Lead, develop, and engage the Perfume Marketing Team.
- Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience, ideally in the Perfume industry.
- Proven Brand Strategist with broad creative and innovative acumen.
- Awareness of luxury brands and experience in the Perfume industry.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented.
- Strong project, organization, planning, and budget management skills.
- Comprehensive analytical skills.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships.
- Proactive, energetic, self-starter with an acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

Compensation Range: $170,000 - $190,000
