Bvlgari Perfume Training Manager

- Serve as liaison with the Global Training Department, attending global training sessions as required.
- Develop and execute the Training Calendar to support annual priorities and oversee in-store coaching plans for the Bulgari Field Team.
- Deploy training to Area Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account Coordinators, Selling Managers, and Distributor Training partners on new products, client experience, selling techniques, brand history, and storytelling.
- Participate in retail coaching and in-store observation sessions, providing feedback to local Sales Leadership and the Marketing Director.
- Collaborate on the onboarding process for all regional retail hires.
- Assist in the localization of training initiatives launched by central training.
- Create and follow up on needs analysis and action plans related to Mystery Shop initiatives.
- Conduct large-scale regional trainings as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in training or field sales within a luxury brand.
- Retail and wholesale experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the luxury fragrance market preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and work independently.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated coaching skills and facilitation within a luxury environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Ability to manage financial responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 5 years in a training or field sales role within a luxury brand.
