- Develop strategic recommendations for a portfolio of perfume collections over a 3-year period, focusing on consumer-driven innovations.
- Define product strategy, including concept, assortment, pricing, and distribution for upcoming launches.
- Coordinate product development, guiding creative, packaging, fragrance formulation, production, and legal teams towards unified objectives.
- Collaborate with the Brand & Communication team in Rome to ensure global strategy implementation at local levels.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performances, gather market feedback, and establish best practices for central implementation.
- Reconcile desirability with profitability, optimizing costs and margins to enhance financial performance.
- Manage and monitor the budget for assigned product lines.
- Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills for conveying ideas to management and global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and agility.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Italian is preferred.
- Strong command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a global marketing team and with a focus on luxury brands and products.
Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
