Bvlgari Perfume Retail Manager

- Develop Bulgari Perfumes activities within Swiss markets sustainably.
- Manage retail and operational aspects of sales within the Swiss German region.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Bulgari Perfume at points of sale.
- Recruit, coach, and train Client Advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Determine temporary staff needs to capture sales opportunities.
- Establish excellent relationships with retailers and act as their day-to-day contact.
- Ensure optimal representation of Bulgari Perfumes assortments in stores.
- Manage sampling initiatives and gifts-with-purchase actions.
- Negotiate for enhanced in-store visibility and local animations.
- Support in-store executions including CAPEX installations and visual merchandising.
- Manage assigned budget and negotiate with staff agencies.
- Achieve annual sales targets and track store performance.
- Gather feedback from stores to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of in-store actions.
- CFC or equivalent education.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong networks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluency in Swiss German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is a strong asset.
- Performance-driven with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong expertise in business vision and execution.
- Confirmed skills in negotiation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.
CFC or equivalent education.
