1. Develop Bulgari Perfumes activities within Swiss markets sustainably.
2. Manage retail and operational aspects of sales within the Swiss German region.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for Bulgari Perfume at points of sale.
4. Recruit, coach, and train Client Advisors to achieve sales targets.
5. Determine temporary staff needs to capture sales opportunities.
6. Establish excellent relationships with retailers and act as their day-to-day contact.
7. Ensure optimal representation of Bulgari Perfumes assortments in stores.
8. Manage sampling initiatives and gifts-with-purchase actions.
9. Negotiate for enhanced in-store visibility and local animations.
10. Support in-store executions including CAPEX installations and visual merchandising.
11. Manage assigned budget and negotiate with staff agencies.
12. Achieve annual sales targets and track store performance.
13. Gather feedback from stores to inform strategic decisions.
14. Analyze the effectiveness of in-store actions.

1. CFC or equivalent education.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong networks.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
3. Fluency in Swiss German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is a strong asset.
4. Performance-driven with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
5. Strong expertise in business vision and execution.
6. Confirmed skills in negotiation.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector.

CFC or equivalent education.
